The Adaptive Flex Deck® features five firmness levels: a classic setting that matches the feel of the traditional Life Fitness Flex Deck, two settings that are distinctly softer, and two settings that are distinctly firmer.
Precision sensors capture every footfall to provide Advanced Performance Metrics, gait analysis and personalized coaching. Performance metrics track cadence, step length, ground contact time, flight time and left/right balance.
Our one-touch LCD control pad with personalizable quick keys is designed for ultimate comfort and an optimal workout experience. You can change the deck firmness or adjust your speed and incline without disrupting your workout.
A wide range of video terrain options allows you to be completely immersed in any environment. When you select a video with a softer surface, such as grass or sand, the Adaptive Flex Deck firmness will adjust to a softer setting, whereas when a video with a firmer surface is selected, such as stone or lava rocks, the deck firmness adjusts to a firmer setting.
